Getting there
Our Centre is situated within the grounds of Parklea Correctional Complex, which is located approximately 40km north-west of the Sydney CBD.
Public transport
The nearest railway station to the prison is Blacktown. A Busways bus, route 741, operates hourly from the station, seven days a week. A bus shelter is located on Sentry Drive near to the entrance to the Correctional Complex.
Private transport
Parklea Correctional Complex can be accessed from either Quakers Hill Parkway or Stanhope Parkway near Parklea Markets. The Correctional Complex has a large visitor car park situated within the grounds.
Funding
Since 1 January 2010 the Parkea Child and Family Centre has been funded by the GEO Group.
