This Centre is the only one to be located outside the grounds of the prison. It is located adjacent to the Bathurst Correctional Complex at:

Getting there
The SHINE for Kids Child and Family Centre and the Bathurst Correctional Complex are approximately 3km west of the Bathurst town centre. Our Centre is on Vittoria Street, also known as the Mitchell Highway.
Train and private coach services operate from Sydney. The Centre is a short taxi ride from the railway station.
The CRC (Community Restorative Centre) bus is available once a fortnight leaving from Sydney Central Station. Sydney-to-Bathurst bookings can be made by telephoning (02) 9288 8700 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
