If you are interested in receiving one of our services – it's as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Step 1
If you are a parent or carer of a child, or another welfare agency or community group; or if you are a parent in prison or a welfare worker in a Correctional Centre:

• Download our Referral Form in Word format.
• Fill it in and send it to us by post: PO Box 67 Ermington NSW 1700
  or by fax: (02) 9714 3030.

Step 2
We will send you a confirmation letter within one week after we receive your form.

Step 3
We will endeavour to contact you with 2–4 weeks and discuss with you which services we are able to offer you and your family.
