 This program is for our Koori mob with Dads in the Mid North Correctional Centre.
What is it about?
We'll help your inmate Dad to:
- Support his kids
- Become the best Dad he can
- Be the best partner he can
- Think of his children's future
- Support his wife/partner
- Know himself better
What does he get from it?
- A closer bond with his kids
- Healthier family relationships
- Support during and after release
- Help teach his children the right way
- Support to stay out of prison
Who is eligible?
- A Koori Dad in custody
- With a partner/carer living in or near Kempsey
- And 6 to 12 months to serve on his sentence
How does he apply?
The Dad asks his case officer and fills out a referral form.
